As an Account Manager, you would work directly with controllers, accounting managers and CFOs to help Ariett customers learn about and use Ariett’s solutions and new features as they are released.

Your valuable skills:

  • 2-5 years of work experience

  • Superb interpersonal and email/phone communications skills

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects/deadlines and to creatively problem solve

  • Independent and self-motivated but can still operate effectively as part of a team

  • Exceptional attention to detail

  • Proven ability in quickly learning new software and understanding customers’ business processes

  • Demonstrated skill at building strong customer relationships – highly in tuned to customers’ needs

Your role at Ariett:

  • Managing regularly scheduled client status calls, including building agendas and tracking outstanding issues

  • Answering client questions by phone and email

  • Working with the Ariett software platform to show and explain existing and new features to customers

  • Offering guidance and assistance to our customers, helping them to understand the capabilities of the Ariett platform
