Startup Accelerator Techstars Selects Ariett’s AP Invoice Automation Solution

Ariett News – October 24, 2016 – Ariett, a leading provider of Cloud Purchase and Expense software, announced that Techstars, a global ecosystem for entrepreneurs that includes accelerators, venture capital, community programs and a worldwide network, has selected Ariett’s unified Purchase to Payment platform.  Techstars will transition from a manual process to Ariett’s automated AP invoice solution, which offers greater visibility and deep integration to their Intacct financial management software.

With headquarters in Boulder, Colorado and a worldwide network of entrepreneurial, community programs based in more than 600 cities and 120 countries, Techstars required an AP invoice automation solution that could be used from any location and could scale with their company.

Techstars will gain an improved AP invoice automation process with Ariett’s invoice capture and robust approval workflows.  Vendors or employees can email invoices directly to Ariett’s Document Capture Service, whereupon a transaction with default GL, dimension and Intacct entity coding is created.  With Intacct’s cloud API, Techstars will benefit from Ariett’s bi-directional, Intacct integration that allows them to import vendors, GLs and dimensions from Intacct and post AP transactions to Intacct with the click of a button.   

Another important requirement for Techstars was to implement a solution that would offer end-to-end visibility to AP transactions, accompanying documents and comments to help manage their vendor spending.  Ariett’s role-based visibility allows CFOs and financial managers to quickly view the status of all AP invoices from Ariett’s search screens.  In addition to on-the-fly search screens, Ariett offers dozens of out-of-the-box reports, including reporting on all invoice accruals for the month.
